SITECH Louisiana Awarded The Dale Carnegie Leadership
Dale Carnegie, one of the world’s leading human resources and management consulting organizations, presented its prestigious Leadership Award to SITECH Louisiana. The Dale Carnegie Leadership Award was granted to Jay Thompson, SITECH Louisiana’s CEO.
Dale Carnegie established an international Leadership award in 1985. It is granted to organizations that place special emphasis on the development of its human resources, innovation, and organizational creativity for the purposes of achieving its business objectives. Those companies reward, recognize and use human resources management as an ongoing commitment to the development of a corporate culture that fosters trust-based empowerment at all levels of the organization.
Since its inception, the Leadership Award has been presented to many of the best companies in the world, including Walmart, Scandinavian Airlines, and now SITECH Louisiana.
